Bobcats are Baseball Champions

Southeast CC fought their way through the losers bracket to claim the 2026 Region 9 Baseball title with a 3-1 win over Northeastern. Southeast will host the district this week.

Game 1 - 11am - McCook defeated Luna 14-13 in 11 innings
Game 2 - 2pm - Otero defeated Western Nebraska 5-3
Game 3 - 5pm - Western Nebraska defeated Luna 8-6

Friday -
Game 4 - 11am - Northeastern defeated Otero 8-2  
Game 5 - 2pm -  McCook defeated Southeast 9-5
Game 6 - 5pm - Western Nebraska defeated Otero 16-7

Saturday -
Game 7 - 11am - Southeast defeated Western Nebraska 11-4  
Game 8 - 2pm - Northeastern defeated McCook 7-6 in 10 innings 
Game 9 - 5pm - Southeast defeated McCook 12-9

Sunday -
Game 10 - 11am - Southeast defeated Northeastern 14-10 
Game 11 - 2pm - Southeast defeated Northeastern 3-1
